I’m Leonardo, a Brazilian-Italian filmmaker, father, and believer in honest storytelling. I met my wife and got married here in Scotland, and before I knew it, I was home.

Recently becoming a father taught me just how fast life moves. Moments matter differently now, every detail, glance, laugh, and pause. Suddenly, films aren’t just a job. They’re how we hold onto what matters.

I don’t film weddings to create something perfect or staged. I’m not interested in trends or dramatic production. I film to preserve something real. After a decade of filmmaking, I’ve learned that anyone can press record, but it takes care and attention to truly see people, understand who they are, and translate that honestly into film.

Because one day you’ll sit down, maybe next year, maybe decades from now, and I want you to recognise yourselves instantly. I want you to feel the laughter, quiet moments, and warmth of that day exactly as they were. That’s why I do this.

What I especially love is how people react when they see one of these cameras. They light up, they lean in, and they become more themselves. A big camera can sometimes feel intimidating. This doesn’t. It invites.

Frequently asked questions

This is a lot of text… Can we just talk instead?

Definitely. I’d much rather have a proper chat, it’s the easiest way to answer your questions and actually get to know each other. If you’d prefer to meet or jump on a quick call, just send me an email with your date, the package you’re interested in, and a few details about your day. I’ll take it from there.

When will I receive the wedding film?

The full film is usually delivered within 90 days, but the short version is ready within the first 3 weeks after the wedding. If you need it sooner, I offer an express delivery option that gets everything to you within 30 days.

What’s the difference between “best footage” and “raw footage”?

“Best footage” is a curated, edited selection of the most meaningful moments, colour graded, cleaned up, and arranged in order. It usually runs between 1 to 4 hours, depending on the day.

“Raw footage” is everything I shot, all the unedited clips, straight from the camera. It’s not colour corrected, and it’s a lot to go through, but it’s there if you want the full archive.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. I normally ask for a 30% payment to secure the date, but I’m happy to split the rest in a way that works for you. Just let me know what’s easiest and we’ll make it simple.

Do you offer custom packages?

I do. If you have something specific in mind, or your wedding doesn’t quite fit into the usual boxes, just tell me what you need. I’ll work with you to make sure it fits.
